Hello everyone,
We have had an Ektorp corner sofa, size 2x2, for three years now.
It’s actually a nice, large, and comfortable sofa. 😀
If only it weren’t for the seat cushions... 🙄
Although I regularly rotate and swap them around—placing them in spots that aren’t used as often—the cushions have lost a lot of their firmness.
Some of them have even become quite flat...
There are just two of us using it, and we’re definitely not overweight or heavy.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Is there any way to fix it?
Maybe a claim with Ikea?
Or perhaps buying replacement seat cushions?
Best regards, QueenMum 😀

do you still have the purchase receipt? For Ektorp, there was a 10-year warranty (at least from September 2011 to August 2012), except for fabric covers and separately sold cushions.
