I am planning to build a semi-detached house with a floor area of 154 m2 (1,657 sq ft) with a general contractor and an architect.
Can you recommend general contractors or other builders in the Krefeld area, North Rhine-Westphalia?
Could you please share your experiences as homeowners of a semi-detached house, including raw data and final costs? Photos would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Anyone who helps me won’t have to sweat even once in the coming months!

Price really depends on the level of finish – so it’s not that helpful if I just tell you the price per square meter where we ended up, all in (including garage, paving, covered terrace, kitchen, but without any landscaping).
I don’t have any tips for Krefeld; it’s not my area. Also, we didn’t build with a general contractor but handled contracts individually.

The picture is a bit older, still without paving.
And now?

@Leergut64 ... Photos are not very helpful with your planning details either. Floor plans or something similar would be more useful.
Also, when asking about costs, the year these costs were incurred should always be considered. Prices from 2014 don’t really provide relevant information today.
