The cement screed has been installed for about three weeks now, and small black spots are gradually appearing on the drywall panels upstairs.
Is this mold? It looks like mold to me.

Is it just an impression, or is the insulation placed in front of the vapor barrier? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
In our case, there is an air layer above the drywall ceiling created by the battens. Then comes the vapor barrier (sealed with the distinctive green tape), and above that, the insulation.

Sebastian7923 Feb 2016 22:04You might have better luck checking classified ads like Ebay Kleinanzeigen or asking the screed installer. I find Boels to be quite expensive.
