Hello,

The cement screed has been installed for about three weeks now, and small black spots are gradually appearing on the drywall panels upstairs.

Ceiling with stains, flaking, and white plaster areas.

Unfinished plastered ceiling with white filler spots and circular markings.

Green drywall with many white filler spots at joints and corners.

Room ceiling with leftover filler and a hanging white cable line.

Is this mold? It looks like mold to me.

In our case, the drywall sheets were installed only after the heating-up phase. Moisture levels were measured several times beforehand.
There were mold spots on the battens in three rooms. These were completely replaced before the sheets were installed and taped.

Contact your site manager and clarify this on site.

Please upload the photos here – at least I am not willing to deal with other websites and their advertising stories. Therefore, I cannot see much.

I took the time to convert the images.

Thank you
In our case, it happened - I believe - simultaneously; I still remember the drywall installer telling us that the container of the construction dryer had leaked.

So: ventilate, ventilate, ventilate – and do it properly!
And it is certainly also weather-related: the moist air needs to be removed!

The problem is that I currently cannot heat, so airing out the room is almost ineffective.

The problem is that I can’t heat at the moment, so ventilating hardly helps at all

Heating and ventilating are different and should be considered separately.

First comes ventilation, then heating is added!
