We have three large sliding doors from the living/dining/kitchen area to the terrace. The terrace is partially covered by a balcony (with its own drainage). One door is protected under the balcony, two doors are uncovered. The terrace will be connected with a barrier-free threshold (less than 2cm (0.8 inch) step).
Do I need a drainage channel in front of only the two uncovered sliding doors, or also at the sliding door under the covered balcony?
Thank you in advance.

According to the standard, this applies to uncovered areas.
For covered areas, it depends on the type of covering.
Everything can be arranged individually if you don’t want a gutter. But then don’t complain about problems afterwards.
The gutter must be 15 cm (6 inches) wide.
