ᐅ Drain pipe not connected

Hello, after living here for two years, we discovered (or rather the drain cleaning company did) that the washing machine drainpipe was not connected to the main drainage system because the drainage was not built according to the plans.

What can we expect from our construction company now, and above all, who is responsible for this?
