ᐅ Drafts in Ventilation System

Hello everyone,
we have installed a decentralized controlled ventilation system from Lunos in our new KFW 55 building.
Unfortunately, even with the ventilation inlets closed, there is always a constant draft, which is very uncomfortable given the current temperatures.
According to the construction company, this is normal.
What do you think?

The Lunos e2 is also installed in our apartment. Unfortunately, the sofa is positioned exactly between the two inlets. Without the ceiling, it is not comfortable to stay on the sofa in the living area at an otherwise 23°C (73°F).

Just like in our case – the ventilation intake is located above the sofa.
But it cannot be right to feel cold in an energy-efficient house.
