Hello,
what do you think about my first draft? We are currently discussing the following questions/points:

Location:
The plan shows 5m (16 feet) to the street side (west side), but more would be possible (and reasonable).

Windows/Doors:
Front door recessed about 0.5m (20 inches) inward for weather protection
Living room south side: tilt-and-turn or fixed glazing
Living room west side: floor-to-ceiling (parapet height like south side)?
Living room door to terrace: yes/no
Kitchen door to terrace: yes/no
Remove passage between hallway and kitchen completely
Narrow or low windows in the kitchen due to wall cabinets

Bathroom:
Additional shower in the ground floor bathroom; in exchange, reduce the utility/storage room size

Garage:
Garage with rolling door or double carport

Heating:
Heating for pantry and utility/storage room

Terrace:
Size of paved area

Hello, I would convert this "empty" corner on the ground floor into living space. It would definitely be more useful that way.

The staircase with 12 risers at 23.3 cm (9.2 inches) each and a tread depth of 16.1 cm (6.3 inches) is definitely not acceptable and will likely cause several issues. Here are some typical stair layouts with the required dimensions:

Hello
@passivhaus: which empty corner? The covered terrace?
@kbt09: you're right, something went wrong with the stairs, xchief. Thanks.

Well, I think there’s still more to discuss:
- The kitchen is quite spacious, but very difficult to furnish.
- I would include a door to the terrace, but not in that location. Move it so there is at least 65–75 cm (25–30 inches) of wall space remaining next to it. Keep the door to the hallway and definitely leave the pantry unheated (supplies usually need to be kept cool).

- Bedroom: difficult to furnish.

- I do like the covered terrace itself, but in your case it serves no real purpose. You can’t put anything underneath without blocking the path outside. There are definitely more practical solutions.

- I’d also be interested in how you plan to furnish the living room. I’m concerned it could become an obstacle course.

- I assume the wardrobe is opposite the stairs. I find the route from the entrance quite long. You’d have to trudge through half the house with dirty shoes first.

No offense intended, but there’s still quite a bit to work on. That said, I do think the basic structure is good. It can be further developed from here.

... and the elevations are also somewhat uninteresting. The window arrangements should/could be improved, but that also relates to the possible furniture layouts, see @Manu1976's post.
The covered terrace looks like a hole to me, as if a part of the house is missing.
