ᐅ Double carport with shed, 6x9 meters, built on the property line

Hello,
we have decided on a double carport with a shed since our floor plan does not allow for a garage directly attached to the house (due to windows).
As our neighbor has already built a garage on our shared boundary, we would like to construct a 6 x 9 m (20 x 30 ft) carport between their garage and our house.
The advantage would be that, except for the shed, we could forgo side walls, providing optimal protection for the vehicles.
The shed should have the full width of 6 m (20 ft) with a depth of at least 3 m (10 ft), featuring a door to the carport as well as one to the garden, and possibly a small window.
Has anyone here implemented something like this?
Is there a supplier, preferably in the Lower Saxony area, who offers complete solutions for this?
Thank you in advance for your replies!

Here is what I mean (see screenshot).
This is the current plan. Although I actually find a connected utility room, like in the previous photos, more appealing.
Ah, now I understand. Of course, that’s possible, but it wouldn’t suit my taste. This year, I’m installing shelves where the equipment will fit, and bike racks will be placed in one corner. We have planned a carport measuring 4.20 x 9 meters (14 x 30 feet) for one car. However, the storage room will have two doors: one facing the car and the other opposite, facing the garden.
Even though this topic is somewhat outdated, I would like to bring it up again.
We have a building permit / planning permission for a flat roof carport with a storage room. The dimensions are 6 x 9 m (20 x 30 ft).
In addition to a local quote, we also have a catalog and an offer from Brüning Carport. The price is currently attractive, and the phone conversation was pleasant and not too pushy. Since we also want to have it installed, I am looking for experience reports.
Can anyone share anything about the company Brüning?

SteffenBank12 Nov 2018 06:09A year ago, we had a carport installed by Brüning, including the assembly.
The process was great. About 42 weeks before delivery, the company responsible for the assembly contacted us to arrange an appointment. They were on-site for 3 days: 2 weeks before the installation date to set the ground anchors, and then 2 more days for the assembly. Everything went smoothly, and they delivered top quality.
A tip: Brüning usually offers a discount promotion in spring, which allowed us to save roughly the cost of the assembly.

Thank you for your feedback.
I had a friendly conversation with Brüning on Friday and received an offer. There is currently another discount promotion running, so this is quite interesting. They are offering a 19% VAT reduction and the 2019 price based on the current 2017/2018 price list.
We also have a second offer from the carpentry company that built our roof, and we will compare them later.
