The development plan specifies a wall height of 6 m (20 feet) and a ridge height of 9 m (30 feet).
It is permitted to build a dormer.
Our question is: does the wall height refer to the distance from the top edge of the street to the intersection with the exterior wall, or from the top edge of the street to the highest point of the dormer?
Is the blue measurement or the red measurement relevant?
Perhaps someone knows a regulation or legal paragraph on this?

Thank you very much

Is there nothing about this in your documents? Otherwise, just give the building authority a quick call or visit. That usually clears things up 😉

Does blue count or red? Blue, unless the development plan explicitly allows exceptions.

Maybe you know a legal paragraph about it? There isn’t one. It’s not necessary. It’s common practice, confirmed by case law.
