It will still be a while until the model viewing of our condominium, but for budget planning purposes, we would like to get an idea of the scale of costs we might expect:
(1) We would like to install flush-fitting doors with concealed hinges. The construction description includes doors with standard rebated door panels from JELD-WEN with a height of 2.36 m (7 ft 9 in). Could someone provide an approximate additional cost per door (that is, flush-fitting door leaf, matching frame, and concealed hinges) we should expect from the developer?
(2) Does anyone also have an approximate surcharge for a magnetic latch lock?

I attended a selection appointment with this builder in 2018 and can tell you that the surcharge from a standard door (white, smooth) to white with engraved grooves was 350 euros per door. With your requirements, it will likely be at least twice that amount.
If the extra cost is too high for you, you can safely choose the "standard" option. The doors are good quality and installed properly.

Many thanks!Painted doors from Modulwerk with stainless steel frames and magnetic latch locks at a height of 2.50 m (8 ft 2 in) cost 1,898 EUR each, including installation, at the end of 2018. After extensive comparisons, this was the best price at the time for this design and quality. I don’t believe prices have decreased over the past four years, but I’m happy to be proven wrong.D

We have Hörmann doors, flush-fitting, slightly taller than standard. The height was already planned, so the extra cost is only for the flush-fitting design.

BUT... it’s worth comparing... for seven doors our quotes vary by about €3,000 difference.
