ᐅ Is the door lintel installed properly? It looks a bit unusual.

Andre_NRWI’m not a construction expert, but the door opening to the bathroom in my house doesn’t look quite right.
Is this how it’s done nowadays? Should I raise a concern about it? From what I know, there is usually a lintel above the door.

What’s strange is that with the other doors, the continuous brick seen at the very top of the photo is positioned directly above the door, with individual bricks above that... but I guess that doesn’t really matter.
