I am currently planning my building project and could use some help from someone with a good CAD program.
Would anyone be able to draw my desired house onto my site plan? I want to check if the house fits well on the plot while complying with the setback requirements and to see how much space would remain around it.

No, @matty, that’s not how it works. Please upload the site plan, which should already have dimensions, and also the proposed floor plan. Then there’s no need for CAD software to make adjustments; a simple drawing program is enough, as long as both are displayed at the same scale.

- House dimensions: The planned house measures 8.84 m x 13.64 m (29 ft x 45 ft).
- Special feature: The existing gray building (marked "A") will be demolished. The garages (Ga) in the top right corner are to remain.

Well, for an initial look, there’s no need to make major adjustments, especially since the ground floor layout isn’t clearly visible, including the entrance and so on.
Are there building boundaries that need to be observed? Otherwise, you can calculate that already.
It’s definitely useful to print this out and then move potential floor plans around on the property at the same scale. I’m also not sure what you expect to gain by outsourcing part of the work.
How is the driveway to the garage supposed to be? From the southeast, from the street? Is the driveway already there?
