I recently heard about Gesundfarbe by Rhenocoll from one of the painters who gave us a quote. Does anyone know about it? I’m quite health-conscious, especially with small children in the house, so I think it could be beneficial in terms of pollutants and such. Thank you very much.

If you want something a bit more "healthy," Sto Color Sil is also available at a relatively affordable price.

Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to post a link here.
That is annoying and makes discussions here much harder, in my opinion, but you can still cite your sources.

I doubt that mold protection is healthy
Mold is unhealthy, that’s a fact. To what extent mold protection (meaning substances that inhibit or prevent mold) is unhealthy remains to be seen.

Sustainability data sheet
There’s so much to discover, thanks!

The sustainability data sheet for "Sto Color Basic" that I quickly found lists
- VOCs
- Isothiazolinones
- Bronopol
I won’t go into the quantities here. (According to Wikipedia, Bronopol is also used in cosmetics and hair shampoos.)

I suggest requesting the respective data sheets for the offered “healthy paint” and then making a fact-based decision.

Sto Color Sil
There is also a sustainability data sheet for "StoColor Sil In." According to it, this product contains no biocides (isothiazolinones, Bronopol) and no VOCs.

Feel free to talk about the quantities, Bieber. They are so tiny, in some cases below the detection limit.

Thank you, I was able to find the datasheet on Rhenocoll Store. Everything sounds great (no biocides), and the painter we spoke with has apparently been using it for some time. I think we will give it a try.

But add another tablespoon of sugar to the bucket. For the little ones, in case they lick off the healthy color. Otherwise, it doesn’t taste good.

I think this is great.
So much money is spent on all sorts of little extras, and then the cheapest rubbish is used for the paint, and for the floor some kind of PVC junk is installed, which nowadays is called luxury vinyl flooring.
Thumbs up from me.
