ᐅ Does anyone know of an affordable precast or modular basement/cellar provider?

We have now realized that our future plot – if we build with a basement, which will likely be necessary due to a 4m (13 feet) slope – will probably need to be constructed as a waterproof concrete shell (“white tank”) because of water running down from the slope and the street.

Additional costs of €20,000 on top of the basement price of €50,000 equals a total of €70,000, which is crazy. (220m² (2,368 sq ft) house), basement with ceiling height increased to 2.55m (8.4 feet) as well as waterproofing, heating, electricity, etc.

Does anyone have a tip for a builder who constructs affordable basements?

I would be very cautious when it comes to "cheap" suppliers, especially regarding the basement, which is the foundation of the entire building.

We had a very positive experience with Glatthaar precast basements. They may not be the cheapest option, but their quality, punctuality, and service (we had a minor complaint) speak for themselves.
