Hello,
This is my first post in this forum, and I have a question that Dr. Google was unable to answer at all. I hope you can help us:
Is a conservatory, and therefore its area, considered part of the floor it is attached to?
Or, what conditions must be met for it to be included as part of the floor?
The background is: whether the floor above is counted as a full storey depends on whether the conservatory is considered part of the floor below or not...

Thanks in advance.

Since conservatories are not heated, only half of their area can be counted as living space. Heated conservatories are fully included in the living area.

This information is stated on several websites.

Yes, thank you, I have read that as well, but are they included in the floor area of the level where they are located?
