ᐅ Division of Fixed Glazing into Sections

This is about my planned extension, which will have almost exclusively fixed glazing (only the door leading to the terrace can be opened).

Grundriss eines Gebäudeteils: Wohnzimmer 34,70 m², Baugrenze und Brandwand, Maße sichtbar.

Now I am completely unsure about how many sections I should divide the panes into.
The window facing the terrace (east) is already fixed, and the main question concerns the large south-facing window and the "smaller" north-facing window, whose total size and position are already fixed.

South window:
This one must be divided at least once.
So the options are:
5335mm (210 inches) total
2 sections -> 2667mm (105 inches) each
3 sections -> 1778mm (70 inches) each

North window:
Here a single section would also be possible.
The options are:
2750mm (108 inches) total
1 section -> 2750mm (108 inches)
2 sections -> 1375mm (54 inches) each

Larger windows would of course look nicer, I think, and there would be some symmetry since all sections would be about the same size (267cm (105 inches) and 275cm (108 inches)).
Now I am starting to worry about the risk of glass breakage and the higher replacement costs that come with large panes.
(A glass breakage insurance is relatively expensive compared to other insurance policies.)

How would you decide in this situation?

South elevation:

You have already asked this question here once.

You could have simply bumped your thread instead of rewriting it as new.
Perhaps it would help to somehow align all the window elements, including those of the main house, so that a repetition does not seem out of place.
Because as it looks, you have already installed four different widths on the south side—not including the extension.
I personally would not choose fixed glazing either: cleaning is not possible, or only with great effort, even though the railing might then be unnecessary.
With a railing, I could also well imagine benefiting from open windows that lead to the garden.

What does the building authority say about the violation of the building boundary?

Everything has already been resolved and approved.
