Hello!
I would appreciate your help if you don’t mind...

We are three parties very interested in an undeveloped plot of land.
The total area of the plot is about 2000 sqm (21,500 sq ft). We already have the cost estimates for the road.

The only problem is a hill that forms a kind of embankment at the southern end of the property.
This needs to be removed to allow the road to reach the houses.
The volume has been estimated at around 400 cubic meters (520 cubic yards).

Disposal would be quite expensive.

Does anyone know if it is legally permitted to distribute the material from the hill across the individual plots?
According to a report, the soil quality is good.

Best regards!

The development plan specifies to what extent the ground levels may be altered. A small embankment will form at the end of the property. Containing it, if necessary, is more expensive than quick removal.
