Hello,

We are currently trying to understand the building specification for a semi-detached house. Can someone explain whether the waste pipe ending 0.1 m (4 inches) outside the building edge still needs to be connected somewhere? To me, it sounds like this might involve additional costs, right?
It would be great if someone could provide an answer for me.

These are additional construction costs related to connections, which you can check with your local utilities company. In our case, for example, this is coordinated by Netze BW. However, the scheduling was disastrous and was postponed multiple times, etc.

So, how far is the house set back from the property boundary? That gives you the distance in meters (feet) that still needs to be covered.

We would have the third semi-detached house, which is about 30 meters (98 feet) from the main road. The semi-detached house is located on an unpaved road; I am not sure if any utilities are available on this road. It is quite long and has many detached houses along it.
