ᐅ Did you install a dedicated water connection for the dishwasher?

I am curious whether you prepared a separate wastewater and water supply line for your dishwasher during the shell construction phase.

My dishwasher is planned to be installed roughly in the middle of the wall on the left side when looking at the room from the front. The sink is located in the center (still freestanding in the room) along the same wall.

So, is it better to install these lines directly in the floor before the screed and other layers go on? Because either way, I have to extend the connection there. Having it exposed on the surface, however, is more maintenance-friendly.

Uh ... what do you mean by surface mounting?
Is the 110 cm (43 inches) a straight distance? Normally, that should be possible without an extra water connection. Dishwasher hoses can be routed inside the plinth to the sink cabinet and connected there with an angle valve.

The 110 cm (43 inches) refers to the walking space between the base cabinets.

From the dishwasher to the sink, it’s about 1.80 m (6 feet) along the wall, then a 90-degree turn and another roughly 1.2 m (4 feet) to the sink.

Please upload the plan showing the current location of the water connection and where the sink and dishwasher are to be installed. I can't make sense of your description.

Yes. Even though it is located right next to the sink. The refrigerator also has its own water tap. What’s the point of being stingy?

Since when does a fridge have a water tap? Optional ice compartment?

You can do that if you have an American-style refrigerator. It dispenses ice or chilled water.
