The general contractor (company XXX Massivhaus GmbH from Ilmxxxx in Thuringia) and their subcontractors took advantage of that and often did quick, shoddy work. That’s why there is a follow-up inspection now; better after half a year than never...
They have now been given a deadline to fix the issues. I’m curious to see what happens. This time, I will be there and watch closely to see exactly what is done.

Obstlerbaum23 Feb 2019 14:18It’s fine, I had the same experience with my first build. Good luck with the follow-up work, and don’t cut back on your vacation days – being present regularly and asking questions with interest noticeably improves the quality.
