the small plot of land measuring 18m by 18m (59 feet by 59 feet), totaling 324sqm (3,488 sqft), is located in sunny Baden-Württemberg in a highly sought-after area where there are hardly any available plots or apartments. Therefore, we do not complain about this "small plot." We have planned extensively, and it should also work structurally. Now we are, of course, interested in your opinions and especially your good suggestions for improvement, criticism, or praise.
I will address technical details separately.

Regarding the sentence: "...it should also work structurally like this," it really makes me cringe, and I’m already grabbing some popcorn to enjoy the upcoming posts.
