Hello everyone,

we are currently looking for a suitable flooring and have come across almost everything available on the market.
Solid wood parquet and laminate were quickly ruled out for various reasons.
Right now, vinyl is very popular, but of course, there are concerns about harmful substances and the quality of the surface feel.
Recently, we were offered the Disano design flooring by Haro, which is said to have the positive qualities of vinyl flooring but without any harmful substances, and to have a very appealing tactile feel.

Is there anyone who has this flooring, knows about it, or has given it more detailed consideration and can perhaps make comparisons to other products?

Thanks everyone.

Best regards

Hello everyone,
after thorough consultation with the building materials supplier, we purchased the HARO design flooring, and less than a year later, we had an unpleasant surprise. The entire floor is covered with streaks that we are unable to remove—not even with the expensive cleaning product recommended by Haro (bottle 35 €). We have two small children and needed a durable, scratch-resistant floor. It was recommended as a resistant, hard-wearing surface, but we expected something different. We have a large living room with plenty of natural light, which makes the streaks on the floor very noticeable. For a product in this price range, much more can be expected. An expert from HARO came to inspect the floor and said these are normal signs of wear! Sorry, not after only six months of use. My children definitely cannot have caused these streaks—they mostly play in the children’s room. What’s strange is that we cannot explain how these streaks appeared. We have felt pads under all chairs and furniture; we made sure of that. We even replaced the vacuum cleaner brush... nothing helped!
Unfortunately, I later found out that I am not the only one with these streaks on HARO flooring. Many other buyers have reported the same issues, for example on the website of our Austrian neighbors "energiesparhaus.at".
My recommendation to anyone considering HARO design flooring: stay away, you won’t be happy with it!

Hopefully you didn’t go with that flooring!
