Hello everyone,
we repeatedly have problems with waterproofing on our balcony terrace, which is really frustrating. Therefore, we are considering roofing it over and turning it into an enclosed wellness area. This is still in the planning stage, and construction is not expected to start until next year. Are there any methods to remove the balustrades more or less "cleanly"? Or is it too complicated and could the walls be damaged? Otherwise, we’ll have to rethink and come up with another solution. Plan "B" is to waterproof everything using new techniques and set up the wellness area as an extension next to the garage.
Thanks in advance
