Hello everyone,

Is there a list somewhere of all types of boundary structures? In other words, everything that falls under the term "boundary enclosure."

I would like to know if a lawn edging stone or a stone used to support soil counts as a boundary enclosure.

Best regards,
Christopher

Google not helpful?
In case of emergency, rely on the trespassing laws related to protected property.

Unfortunately, Google doesn't help. All you can find everywhere is just the Wikipedia definition.

So, like a mound, or what?
You won’t find a definitive list because, in my opinion, the definition doesn’t come from such a list but from the purpose: to shield the property, to prevent entering or leaving… well, you’re probably familiar with the Wikipedia article already. Its definition includes a footnote referring to a court ruling on the subject.

Usually, the zoning plans specify what is allowed. Or possibly the state building regulations? Neighboring property rights?

Google.de finds everything.
