Hello everyone,

Does anyone have anthracite-colored windows (RAL 7016) paired with Braas Tegalit roof tiles?
Which color did you choose?

The windows will definitely be in RAL 7016. We would also prefer the roof in RAL 7016. Braas itself doesn’t have exact RAL colors but says their tiles are similar to the following colors:
RAL 7022 Braas Granite Grey
RAL 9017 Braas Deep Black
RAL 7011 Braas Slate Grey

Obviously, we have to make the decision ourselves. What are your impressions?
The roof will be a staggered shed roof with slopes of 35° and 45°. The rest of the house will be white plastered and partially clad with façade panels (either grey or grey wood look).

Is deep black = glossy? I wouldn’t want that, as it causes glare and looks white when the sun shines on it. Although this effect might not occur with a 25° (77°F) roof pitch.

No, it’s not shiny. But it’s also 35°C (95°F) and 45°C (113°F).

MissFilou, does it sometimes appear brownish for you?

The windows are finished in RAL 7016, and the roof tiles are Braas Frankfurter Pfanne in Granite color.

And does granite sometimes appear brownish? Or is my concern unfounded from your perspective?

@Lanini and everyone else: We are currently facing the same question.
We now have Braas Tegalit in slate gray and granite; deep black was already ruled out.

Now the question is, are there any pictures available of white houses? We are building a white townhouse.

Good luck,

White house with red tiled roof, house number 5, two windows; construction timber, sand mound in front of the door.
