According to their own statements, this is a huge company with a vast reach. They even advertise on social media, for example Instagram. Therefore, I hope that someone has already had experience with this provider and would be willing to share it.

I would like to briefly share my experience with DBA Paul GmbH / Natürlich Paul. As mentioned in my corresponding Google review, the company withdrew from the project shortly before the planned start of the work. By that time, we had already invested a significant amount of time and money in planning the tasks, which we intended to carry out ourselves. We had adjusted our entire annual vacation and parental leave schedule to meet the planned completion date. Our family had also arranged time off to support us. What followed was an email (!) from Natürlich Paul less than a week before the start, informing us that the contract would not be fulfilled.
In a phone call with the management of Natürlich Paul, I was kindly advised to contact my legal expenses insurance.
I might actually need it now, as following my Google review, I received a letter from a lawyer threatening to charge me for damages due to lost contracts.
