Hello,
I am looking for experiences with daylight lamps.
We chose not to install windows in our basement (due to the costs of waterproof shafts and windows) and are now looking for a good lighting solution.
Has anyone here had experience with daylight lamps?
Best regards
Robin

However, we only have LEDs now, and I do not notice any impact on my circadian rhythm or my sleep quality. Nowadays, LED light sources no longer have a large peak in this wavelength range.
Especially in the basement, people don’t usually spend much time there, do they? I would try to avoid spotlights as much as possible and use many broad-area lights or indirect lighting instead.
