ᐅ Dark Stain on EIFS/Exterior Insulation and Finish System Facade

Hello everyone,

can someone help me interpret the dark spot on an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) facade below the window?

I would like to understand where such a localized stain could come from and whether it should be considered concerning. There are no water or sewage pipes at that location.

Maybe someone can assist and/or has experienced a similar issue.

There is also a similar, smaller spot to the left of the window.
