Hello,
I’m new to the forum and need help from people who have experience with this issue.
I have a small garden shed with damp walls and would like to waterproof the exterior. It is an old building, and it looks like there is no waterproof membrane installed under the masonry. Unfortunately, installing a horizontal damp-proof course is not an option due to cost. My assumption is that the junction between the foundation and the masonry is not sealed properly, and I hope that with your help, I can get the damp walls under control. I have already started exposing the foundation and have replastered the wall. What should I do next?
Regards, Timm

By the way, the house is built with calcium silicate bricks and I plastered it with lime-cement render.
