Regarding the current curfew, is traveling a longer distance to one’s own construction site as the property owner still clearly permitted? Or should I expect lengthy discussions with any checkpoint controls? I am specifically interested in Bavaria.

nordbayer21 Mar 2020 06:59In all these epidemiological simulations of virus spread, particles move through space following certain random and/or deterministic movement patterns, and there is always a probability of transmission from infected particles to healthy ones when their trajectories collide. I programmed something like this myself in earlier times.
My own construction site self-performed work category doesn’t encounter a single particle and doesn’t endanger any either. In contrast, my stationary balcony trajectory is even endangered by the trajectories of chain smokers sitting on the balcony below, whose smoke clouds could surely soon be carrying COVID. My shopping trajectory is really critical because the trajectories of too many other particles in close proximity do not keep a safe distance.
And when it comes to self-confessed toilet paper and pasta hoarders like @nordanney, I’m not taking any moral lessons here.
