Regarding the current curfew, is traveling a longer distance to one’s own construction site as the property owner still clearly permitted? Or should I expect lengthy discussions with any checkpoint controls? I am specifically interested in Bavaria.

If anyone has relevant experiences or information for other federal states, please always specify the state accordingly.

Everyone justifies their exceptions like that. Anyone who takes the situation seriously doesn’t go to the construction site.
At the moment, it is allowed. And I see no reason not to do so.

However, if we were still in the construction phase and building was ongoing, then yes, as I mentioned, I would certainly visit regularly. After all, the budget is not unlimited, so I wouldn’t risk losing money on site due to potentially avoidable mistakes that could have been fixed easily.
The alternative would then be a construction stop.

Your argument is flawed on all levels.
Your money or the house construction matters little here. Having a non-expert like the homeowner carry out inspections can also be questionable.

A CONSTRUCTION STOP is an official administrative measure imposed when regulations or directives are violated and requires action from the authorities, not from a complaining homeowner.

Sorry, only someone who already lives in their finished house can write something like that... honestly.

This has nothing to do with my personal situation (100% loss of income). It’s a matter of priorities. Anyone visiting their construction site considers that more important than the pandemic.

So for you, "not strictly prohibited" is the same as "allowed"? Visiting the construction site goes against every urgent recommendation. It’s not necessary.

And if you live right next to the construction site, would it be allowed to go over there when no one is around, or would that be considered harmful to the community?

It might be a popular pastime to create conditions or rules, and I usually participate in that even under normal circumstances. However, now there is a serious and threatening crisis affecting everyone, so I prefer to act with reason and social responsibility and put my own interests aside. I also believe that this can be expected. It’s unfortunate if it has to be enforced. Appropriate measures are already prepared and ready to be implemented.

no... I mean, this is not about polluting the air or not. It’s about having contact with other people. *brain switched to general activation mode*
