ᐅ Curfew: Am I still allowed to go to the construction site in Bavaria?

Regarding the current curfew, is traveling a longer distance to one’s own construction site as the property owner still clearly permitted? Or should I expect lengthy discussions with any checkpoint controls? I am specifically interested in Bavaria.

If anyone has relevant experiences or information for other federal states, please always specify the state accordingly.

So the Bavarian curfew is apparently not “correct” or effective? Interesting legal interpretation... tomorrow it's about something completely different... namely the consolidation of competencies in a federal system.

I did not write this. Please read more carefully.

In case it is still unclear:

Bavaria issued a “regulation” to impose a so-called curfew and did not refer to the Infection Protection Act.

Joedereck, however, referred to the Infection Protection Act. According to several lawyers, this is legally insufficient for a curfew.

This is a general decree for the enforcement of the Infection Protection Act, as already stated in the heading. Now is certainly not the time to debate whether the proper legal basis must first be established to contain the spread of this virus. There are cases that the legislator did not anticipate, and in such emergencies one must cope with them. But it is clear that in such situations individuals suddenly develop an interest in the issue and legal expertise in order to emphasize their own interests. Fortunately, such questions are ultimately resolved through administrative courts!

This is exactly why I don’t like forums. Everything gets put down and criticized.

First you say: The decision will not be made tomorrow – then I prove it to you with facts, and suddenly I am portrayed negatively so you look good. And then you write that I am a legal layman even though you don’t know that. To me, this is: behavior beneath the lowest standard.
Please do not respond to my comments anymore.

Over and out!

P.S. Admitting when you are wrong is something many cannot do and must learn!

We all seem to have a bit more time right now for nitpicking, and being right feels so good!
But it’s actually quite simple: avoid unnecessary contact, keep your distance, wash your hands thoroughly, and become aware of how often you touch your face to reduce this habit. And since the world is feeling a bit smaller for us at the moment: stay calm, mindful, kind, and caring.

I haven’t been able to visit my construction site for a long time, so I am ready to do my part for humanity... I’ve already lost a lot of time anyway.

But who will cover the costs then?

Companies are supposed to be supported, so why not the home builders as well?!

Is the term "construction corona money" overused and clichéd enough to work as a catchy slogan for the CSU election campaign?
