Regarding the current curfew, is traveling a longer distance to one’s own construction site as the property owner still clearly permitted? Or should I expect lengthy discussions with any checkpoint controls? I am specifically interested in Bavaria.

I already said that 2 hours ago. One call and you know. The radio just announced that people should not bother the police by calling with questions about the curfew.B

Is there a source for this or is it your own interpretation? This is my explanation, and I also work as a lawyer specifically in this area. Discussions with friends and colleagues have shown that this is a widely shared opinion. I also had to clarify this question for my new build, which is why I am interested in this topic.N

nordbayer21 Mar 2020 13:47It all sounds quite relaxed here. Even visiting and riding horses is allowed. And driving by car to the starting point of a walk without meeting anyone is also legal. Just avoid gathering in groups.
I would be surprised if "I drive out to the countryside to go for a walk or ride next to my construction site" is legal. Whereas "I drive to my construction site to work there alone" is illegal...
And dear admin, this is a link to a government website. So deleting it is not helpful...

Actually, the intention was just to establish a legal basis to enforce existing regulations. That’s how I understood it. Hopefully, the party won’t be moved into the forest.
The quiet is unbelievable.
What about opening hours for bakeries? The bakery used to be closed on Sundays, with the café open until 5 p.m.
Now cafés are prohibited.
