Simply put, if it’s important, just do it without overthinking. They have other things to do than to bother the poor home builder. You’re not endangering anyone, so it’s all good.

It all sounds quite relaxed here. Even visiting and riding horses is allowed. And driving by car to the starting point of a walk without meeting anyone is also legal. Just avoid gathering in groups.

I would be surprised if "I drive out to the countryside to go for a walk or ride next to my construction site" is legal. Whereas "I drive to my construction site to work there alone" is illegal...

What about opening hours for bakeries? The bakery used to be closed on Sundays, with the café open until 5 p.m.
Now cafés are prohibited.
