we are planning an extension using timber frame construction with a footprint of about 9.0 by 3.5 meters (29.5 by 11.5 feet).
It will be two stories high, resulting in approximately 54 square meters (581 square feet) of space.
The roof will be a flat roof. No sanitary facilities are planned for the extension.
A friend who is a trained carpenter will support us significantly.
The plans will be prepared free of charge, and the structural engineer is also an acquaintance.
Basically, the plan is to carry out all the work ourselves.
What kind of material costs should I roughly expect?
