I wouldn’t buy a house that doesn’t have a bathtub. So, this probably also affects the resale value.
Of course, when you think about a new build, you don’t really consider it much, but it’s something you should at least have thought about.
And kids without a bathtub – sure, it’s possible – but for us, it’s unimaginable 😉
