Hello, is there anywhere I can find wiring diagrams or example electrical plans for a two-story single-family house?
I will soon be doing the electrical installation in a single-family home but I’m not exactly sure how to handle the wiring layout. I have already marked switches, sockets, and light outlets on the floor plan, but haven’t progressed further yet.
I want to design it so that each floor has its own electrical distribution board. Would a single 5x6mm² (5x10 AWG) cable from the lower to the upper floor be sufficient? Should the cable at the bottom have a 32A circuit breaker?

Best regards,

First of all, it is hardly possible to find sample plans that really fit. The DIN standard regarding installation zones, which also applies to do-it-yourself projects, must be taken into account.

Topic: main distribution board on each floor
Well considered,
However, the circuit protection and conductor cross-section can only be estimated since the cable length and installation method are unknown.
A 5x6mm² (5x0.01 inch²) conductor could be possible, but whether it requires a 32A upstream fuse must be calculated. The protection must also be coordinated with the main fuse, regarding selectivity.

Have a professional handle that, or at least get advice from one.
Who will inspect and approve the system later and sign off on it? That person should also answer your questions.
