Since this is my first post, I appreciate any advice.
Brief information about the house:
16 years old
Stucco exterior facade
Hard roof
Solar system
One upper floor finished with drywall (gypsum board)
If more information is needed, please let me know.
My concern:
I have the problem that the wall cracks when stepping on it (1st floor). At first, this happened sporadically, but it has gotten worse day by day. It feels as if the floor is rocking. On the ground floor, in this area of the ceiling (reinforced concrete), there is a long hairline crack. Is it possible to upload a video here?
Furthermore, there are shrinkage cracks visible throughout the house. It started in the bathroom. The adjacent room also shows this symptom.
The roof structure also creaks occasionally.
I am grateful for any response.
Best regards

In general, a house behaves like this, especially when wood is used. Similar cracks are common in new constructions. However, I find it quite unusual for all the cracks to appear recently in a 16-year-old house.
That would mean that something is significantly shrinking or expanding due to moisture or heat, right?
If it started in the bathroom, maybe water is leaking somewhere and cannot escape due to missing waterproofing? Have you checked the roof for moisture?
I would strongly recommend hiring an expert or a structural engineer.
