What costs should you roughly expect per cubic meter if the soil report comes back unfavorable?
Our soil has a high clay content, and we are concerned that we might need to carry out soil replacement.

Of course, you only know for sure after the soil report, but we want to have it done as soon as possible so it can be included in the financing if needed.
Such a report doesn’t expire, right? Especially since soil conditions usually don’t change.

Thank you.

I expressed myself poorly earlier. According to the manufacturer, it is not mandatory for execution, but it is recommended. So, it can be interpreted in different ways.

But as you already said, I will have the assessment done to be on the safe side, of course. After all, the builder doesn’t care what happens in 5 years.

But now I know what to do, thanks to you!

So, I have now found a company that even collaborates with my home construction firm.
It was the most affordable offer among all those requested; whether it is the best, we don’t know, but based on the scope of services, it is identical to the others.

The company providing the soil survey even offers to request all necessary information from the architect and forward the results to them, included in the price.

I will probably wait a few more weeks until we have the initial meeting with our architect.
