Hello, we have purchased a fully serviced plot of land, including a multi-utility connection box (1500€) etc.
Now I wanted to apply for the multi-utility house entry with the utility provider and was a bit shocked. I had planned for 1000-1500€ plus electricity.
However, the utility provider is asking for 5600€ plus 800€ for telecommunications, totaling 6,400€, plus a monthly 150€ for construction electricity costs (plus electricity).
Are such prices normal/typical?
