Hello, we have purchased a fully serviced plot of land, including a multi-utility connection box (1500€) etc.

Now I wanted to apply for the multi-utility house entry with the utility provider and was a bit shocked. I had planned for 1000-1500€ plus electricity.

However, the utility provider is asking for 5600€ plus 800€ for telecommunications, totaling 6,400€, plus a monthly 150€ for construction electricity costs (plus electricity).
Are such prices normal/typical?

For 35m (115 feet) from the road to the house:

- Civil engineering work €6,000
- Water connection €1,500
- Telecom €800
- Electricity connection €500 plus €300 for temporary construction power connection

Our electrician charges €50 per month rent for the construction power box, including registration, setup, deregistration, and removal.
