Hello, we have purchased a fully serviced plot of land, including a multi-utility connection box (1500€) etc.

Now I wanted to apply for the multi-utility house entry with the utility provider and was a bit shocked. I had planned for 1000-1500€ plus electricity.

However, the utility provider is asking for 5600€ plus 800€ for telecommunications, totaling 6,400€, plus a monthly 150€ for construction electricity costs (plus electricity).
Are such prices normal/typical?

For us:
- Electricity 1500
- Water 3000
- Telecom 800

Do you still have gas?

Prices are usually openly available on their websites.
There are regional differences, but 8,000 to 10,000 (8-10k) for electricity, water, and gas installations is quite common.
Sometimes you can save a bit by excavating yourself. However, the few hundred euros were not worth the risk for me that it might still not meet their requirements.

Telecom has been 799 € for years. If you become a customer, you receive a 300 € (?) voucher.

Do you have to use their temporary construction power box? Ours was left on site by the shell builder at no cost. (We had to pay for the consumption.)

How far is it from the connection point to the entry? Usually, the cost is calculated by meters (feet), and it can add up quickly. Water in particular can be expensive because you often have to dig quite deep.

I have budgeted around 8,000 for electricity, water, and internet.

No gas. But the additional cost for the foundation slab is another 500€ and a slightly longer cable length.
That adds up, and I had just miscalculated. Thanks to all of you 🙂

Is the standard main electrical panel rated up to 100A + 13kW sufficient for normal consumption, an air-to-water heat pump of up to 8kW, and an electric vehicle charging station (wallbox)?
Does it make sense to have an additional multi-utility connection installed by the utility provider directly to the garage?
Or would it be enough to simply install an empty conduit between the house and the garage?
