ᐅ Costs of a walkable flat roof

Hello,

I am currently weighing different cost factors, and I would be interested in a rough estimate for a flat roof, walkable, about 80m² (860 sq ft) usable as a roof terrace.
The top floor ceiling would be a PU panel approximately 10cm (4 inches) thick.

The price level would be a few percent higher than in Bavaria.

What were your costs starting from the concrete slab? That is, insulation, waterproofing, flooring, etc.?

I can’t say off the top of my head, it hasn’t been built or contracted yet; only the offers are available.

Roughly speaking, it’s about €200 per square meter (approx. $215 per square yard) of roof surface, I believe.

@matte1987: So, 200€/m² (10.7 sq ft) for a flat roof plus 150€/m² (7.9 sq ft) for walkability (coverings, etc.)? So from the concrete slab, 350€/m² (16.3 sq ft)?

Does anyone else who has built a walkable flat roof want to share their assessment here?

First, you should clarify whether the project is even eligible for a building permit / planning permission. Usually, it is not.
