ᐅ Costs of a walkable flat roof

Hello,

I am currently weighing different cost factors, and I would be interested in a rough estimate for a flat roof, walkable, about 80m² (860 sq ft) usable as a roof terrace.
The top floor ceiling would be a PU panel approximately 10cm (4 inches) thick.

The price level would be a few percent higher than in Bavaria.

In addition to the costs of a standard flat roof (concrete slab, insulation, etc.), we have an additional cost of about €150 per square meter (approximately $160 per square yard) for the roof terrace.
For 30 square meters (about 323 square feet), this comes to around €4,500.

Why an extra 4500 euros?

A little bit of reinforcement for the structural engineering shouldn’t cost that much! The waterproofing is the same anyway.

Pedestals, floor coverings, installing them, drainage in front of the door, etc.
