Two wall openings are planned:

1. Load-bearing wall / 24 cm (9.5 inches) thick for a door approx. 100 cm (39 inches) wide x 200 cm (79 inches) high, wet cutting with 24 cm (9.5 inches) diamond saw including dust protection, reinforcement according to structural engineer’s specifications with steel construction, plastering
2. Non-load-bearing wall / Ytong (aerated concrete) 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) thick, approx. 255 cm (100 inches) wide x 250 cm (98 inches) high, plastering

A quote from a reputable specialist company has been received for about 4,700 euros, including debris removal.
The price seems a bit high to me, although I want quality workmanship and don’t want to negotiate unreasonably.

What do the experts think? What is the reasonable price range for such work (major city)?

Thanks for your help.

That seems quite high to me as well, but my assessment is completely amateur.

We are also planning a wall opening, a non-load-bearing wall, for a standard door, and the debris needs to be removed. We were thinking of a maximum cost of 1500 euros.
