ᐅ Cost Estimate for Spotlights – Is This Normal?

Hello,

Oh man! Today I received a quote for installing recessed spotlights for the house construction. I hadn’t expected the costs to be this high and wanted to ask if this price is normal or a bit exaggerated? On top of that, there is VAT and the architect’s fee.
I researched online and apparently underestimated everything a bit 🙂
