Hello everyone,

I understand perfectly that no one can give me a specific price here, as it depends on the individual property.

However, I would appreciate some experience-based estimates from similar properties to get a rough idea. At the moment, I cannot take a demolition contractor or waste disposal company to the property for a concrete quote because I do not own it yet, and the tenant (appointed by the seller) should not know about the upcoming sale.

The property is a typical detached house from the 1950s in Baden-Württemberg, with exterior dimensions of about 8 m x 8 m (26 ft x 26 ft), one and a half stories, classic brick construction, wooden beam ceiling (with slag filling), fully basemented. Additionally, there is a wooden shed measuring approximately 5 m x 6 m (16 ft x 20 ft), also with a tiled roof.

The house still contains five night storage heaters from the 1960s, which are likely asbestos-containing.

I would also appreciate any specific recommendations for demolition and/or waste disposal companies.

Best regards,
Dirk
