Hello everyone,

my name is Daniel, I come from NRW and have been involved with the above-mentioned topic for a very long time.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to find any information on this subject :wall:, so I came across this forum and hope you can help me 😳

What is my project, what information do I need ... !?!!?

My wish and goal is to get a cost comparison of the mentioned types of construction.

The planned project is a residential building with about 120 sqm (1300 sq ft) living space, plot size 400 sqm (4300 sq ft) -> solid construction over two floors, planned in Kamp-Lintfort (District Wesel).

What basic costs should be taken into account (KfW 70 / low-energy house / zero-emission house), installation costs, construction costs, what else should be considered ...

Are there any predefined lists with costs/numbers that I can get from various construction companies? When requesting this from individual companies, I am usually dismissed with excuses

Thank you in advance for your help .... and best regards

Daniel

Reading some posts here on the HBF will enlighten you in many areas.

How should "ready-made" lists look when every construction project is unique – even with so-called standard house models?

What you are looking for is not available from general contractors or builders but exclusively from an architect. They will plan your building project with you and then provide you with approximate costs for compliance with the Energy Saving Ordinance, from KfW 70 level up to passive house standards. Once you decide on an efficiency level, the architect will also handle the tendering process for you – so you only need to hire the trusted tradespeople for each specific trade. Provided, of course, you know your budget 😉

Best regards – also from NRW
