Hello,

this week our windows were installed. Unfortunately, all the corners of the windows look quite damaged, as if the corners were dragged across the floor. See the photos.
Since this is the case with all the windows, I assume it is a production issue.

I have already informed my window installer and expect to receive a response on Monday.

For my own "preparation":
1. Is this considered normal and something I would have to accept if necessary?
2. Is there any way to repair this?

I don’t think there’s anything that can be saved. The question is why they even installed that junk in the first place.

In my opinion, this needs to be replaced; a new window should not look like this. I would not accept it as it is.

You must definitely file a complaint and demand a replacement. This is not normal.

That can be fixed within minutes using some solvent. So, I don’t see it as a big deal.

Solvent? It is clearly visible that material has been removed (sanded down) there. A solvent won’t help with that. I would file a complaint!
