Hello everyone,

we have now been living in our new house for about 3 weeks.
Since Wednesday, the mechanical ventilation system has been working, but unfortunately, we are quite disappointed with it.

In the mornings, we still feel the need to ventilate the bedroom, and overall, I don’t really notice much difference.
I also expected the system to be able to remove moisture from the bathroom. However, we still have fogged mirrors and windows (even at the highest setting - 4).

Could it be that the system needs some time to run properly? Is there generally too much moisture in the house at the moment?

Thank you

What room-by-room air volumes were planned, and which ones are actually significant (balancing report)?

Best regards.

Hmm, that’s a good question. I haven’t received any reports or similar documentation yet.
I’ll inquire about that. Or are we expecting too much from the controlled residential ventilation system? Can it even prevent the bathroom mirror from fogging up?

Thanks

It will fog up, of course, but it should clear up quickly again.

Did you immediately notice that the mechanical ventilation system was running? I mean, in terms of the indoor climate?
Because so far, we haven’t really noticed it. Or did it take some time for you as well?
