I have a question that just came up:
What happens if the mechanical ventilation system or the heating system lose power for an extended period?
Do they lose their settings?
Because all of this was specifically configured for the house.
The reason:
Everything was set up for us, but then we disconnected the power and turned it back on occasionally, since we don’t need the devices during the interior construction work.
I’m not sure how long the power can be off without losing the settings.
I want to avoid having to call the technician again.
Both devices are from Vaillant.
Thanks!

Last year, during our vacation, I accidentally completely shut down our Waterkotte Ai1+ (normally, I only deactivate the heating or hot water generation). After two weeks, the settings were still saved—only the values used for the internal calculation of the annual performance factor were lost (such as heat quantity, etc.). The operating hours, for example, were still recorded. The controlled residential ventilation system had also been without power for an extended period during the summer. The percentage values (power levels) assigned to the individual stages, for example, remained unchanged.

I need to check if I can find any information through the menu.
The value of the air volume displayed almost corresponds to the value on the day of commissioning.
